Bangkok hotels are easy to find especially in the 4 star
hotel category means room rates around Baht
2000,-. There are also some 5 star hotels and probably the
top of Bangkok hotels is a little to the west on the
riverfront, its the Oriental. In general take a hotel which

BTS Skytrain, this elevated
train runs along Sukhumvit and Silom
road with two branches, one is into Sathon road and the

"motocyc"
taxi for the very quick way. Forget normal car taxis, they
wont come through traffic and use all kind of tricks to pull
money from you. If you are bored after a while take a bus for Pattaya or
Bangkok to Phuket
and you end up on one of the beaches
of southern Thailand. If you rather prefer lush
tropical, huge lakes and the blue mountains, take a
